The WABetaInfo portal reported that WhatsApp added the ability to improve the business profile.

After installing the new update, some beta testers of the messenger received notifications that they can set photos on the profile cover.

The cover can be seen by clicking on the user's WhatsApp profile picture. It is a large 1211x681 rectangle behind the user's profile photo.

While the new feature is available for testers of the iOS version of WhatsApp, it will also be available on Android devices in the future. When the function will be available to all users of the messenger is still unknown.
