Japan has launched a soda that tastes like fried dumplings, writes News18. According to those who tried the drink, they have never had anything more disgusting.
The beverage company Nagai Garden introduced a new soft drink flavored with fried dumplings. The soda is called Gyoza and contains vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili oil. The bottle comes with an instruction booklet which states that the contents should not be drunk in public places.
Gyoza has become popular in Japan because of the challenges put on by local bloggers. The essence of the task is simple - to drink the soda until the end. According to those who have already tried the new drink, the first sip gives a sweet taste in the mouth, but then the pleasant notes are replaced by a sharp smell and taste of spices, causing a gag reflex.
