Kardashian had to ask for help of plastic surgeon after her son’s felling of the car. Kim Kardashian and her sister Courtney with her boyfriend Scott and their son Mason arrived in New York in the beginning of September. Sisters with the child were sitting and waiting for Scott in the car. When he opened the door on the road, to sit down, Mason dropped out of the car and hit his face.
