High-ranking Armenian officials are visiting Victory Park in capital Yerevan since early Tuesday morning.
Ordinary people, however, are prohibited to enter the park at this time.
The 78th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War in World War II as well as the 31st anniversaries of the liberation of Shushi city of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and of the Artsakh Defense Army are celebrated today.
