YEREVAN. - The video recording of the outrageous incident that occurred at Armenian Parliament on Wednesday is available online.

According to the recording, MP from oppositional Heritage Party Armen Martirosyan and Deputy Speaker of Parliament Samvel Nikoyan had a short dispute concerning the equipment malfunction. Then Martirosyan found it impossible to continue his address due to the noisy environment.

At that time Deputy Speaker applied to the MPs asking them to keep silence and not leave the parliament, since the voting session is near. However, Martirosyan refused to continue until all voices come down.

The outbursts reached their peak as infuriated Republican Party MP Arakel Movsisyan (aka Shmays) yelled from his seat: “I am here not to listen to cattle like you!” Armen Martirosyan retorted: “No, you are cattle; speak calmly! What kind of tone is this?”
