Armenia's actions are not directed against any partner. Deputy foreign minister Vahan Kostanyan stated this at a press briefing Thursday—and addressing the question of whether the drat law on launching Armenia’s European Union (EU) membership process is an action against Russia.

"We [i.e. Armenia] have and continue our dialogue with all partners, including Russia. Surely, you are aware that just a few weeks ago the [Armenian] foreign minister [Ararat Mirzoyan] was hosted in Moscow on a working visit, and there he had quite constructive discussions with Russian foreign minister [Sergey] Lavrov," added Kostanyan.

And when asked whether Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan's visit to Russia is planned in the near future, the Armenian deputy FM replied: "If such visits are planned, certainly, the [Armenian] government’s colleagues will inform about it at the appropriate time. We do not have anything like that on the agenda at the moment."
