Head of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Mevlut Cavusoglu will meet this week with the Deputy Patriarch of the Armenian Patriarchate in Istanbul.

In the course of his visit to Turkey, Cavusoglu will hold meetings with religious leaders, including the Chief Rabbi of Turkey, His Holiness Patriarch Bartholomeos I and the Deputy Patriarch of the Armenian Patriarchate in Istanbul, PACE website reported.

He will also hold a number of meetings with country’s top officials, including the President and Prime Minister, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly and the heads of the main political parties, as well as the Foreign Affairs and Justice Ministers.

The visit is scheduled for January 9-13.
