YEREVAN. – Now former owner of Parisian Coffee company in Armenia, French-Armenian businesswoman Valerie-Ashkhen Gortzounian could file a petition with the European Court against the Government of Armenia, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.     

‘“I can even file a lawsuit with the European Court against the state, since I lost my property because of their decisions. Now, when I have lost everything, I have the time. I know that petitioning to the European Court takes time, but at least these authorities would not remain unpunished. Do you understand? I lost a very large property in Armenia. Why should I lose everything because of them?’, Gortzounian said in a conversation with us yesterday [Monday] from Paris,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
