YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan visited on Friday Biga and Amster Flowers Armenian-Dutch joint companies in Armenia’s Armavir Region to get familiar with the achievements and prospects of production growth.

Amster Flowers Company was founded in 2006. Last year it launched construction of green houses to plant cucumber, tomato and pepper. Investments made €1.5 million.

Biga Company was founded in 2005 and is annually producing 360 tons of mushrooms. The investments made €1 million. The production will enlarge and also include cultivating berries.
