Turkey has no intention to attack any of its neighbors, said Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu during his visit to Tehran.
Speaking about the necessity of anti-missile system deployment in Turkey, Davutoglu stressed the system is for defense purposes only. He assured that Turkish government will not allow using its territory for aggressive actions against the neighbors, MIGnews.com reported.
“Turkey has no intention to attack any of its neighbors. If any neighboring state deployed a similar system, Ankara would not perceive it as a threat,” he said.
