Officers of UK secret services were applying special equipment during 5 years for spying against Russia. The equipment was hidden under a stone. Jonathan Powell, aviser to former Premier Tony Blair, made such a confession.
For the first time the evidence appeared in 2006 during a Russian TV program.
British MFA expressed surprise and concern over such charges.
