YEREVAN. – Armenia’s National Assembly (NA) received 2,203 letters from citizens in the fourth quarter of 2011, NA official website informs.  

This is the greatest number of letters received, in comparison with the preceding quarters. In general, NA receives 1,000-1,500 letters.   

Also, the addressees of the letters have changed to some extent. Specifically, NS Speaker has received fewer letters, which were  a mere 312 in the last quarter of the year past.     

Instead, the citizens are now writing more to NA factions, with 1,040 letters in the fourth quarter of 2011.
