ANKARA. – Instead of facing its history, Turkey shifts denial policy to Paris, Kurdish Firat Agency reports regarding the step by the Turkish authorities to organize protests against the genocide bill in French capital.

“According to Coordinating Turkish Unities, over 526 buses arrived in Paris from various European states. The protests were organized by Justice and Development Party, and supported by Gyuleni community. 

On the background of neglecting the fact of freedom of speech in Turkey, closed newspapers, arrested journalists, the Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan claims that the bill adoption contradicts freedom of speech in France. Meantime ruling Justice and Development Party puts in jail, dismisses from publications and TV channels those who criticize the party.

Erdogan, without facing the state’s history full of massacres, states it is impossible to encounter genocide  in Turkish history and insults French MPs,” Firat reports.
