MOSCOW. – The upcoming meeting of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents will change nothing, Russian expert Alexander Khramchikhin told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“What has changed during the last meeting to expect anything new from this one?” he said. “I will repeat it again that the situation may be changed through war.”
Trilateral meeting between the Presidents is scheduled for Jan. 23 in the Sochi city of Russia.
