A video of the explosion during a carnival in Villepinte, a commune in the suburbs of Paris, has been posted on the Internet, according to RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
“I decided to shoot the video at the most appropriate time,” commented the person who posted this footage.
The explosion left 19 injured, 4 of whom are in critical condition.
According to preliminary data, however, the cause of this blast was not terrorism.
