High-level Armenian-Russian talks will take place on Saturday, as Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet in Moscow.

Speaking to Izvestia newspaper of Russia, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has confirmed this information.

The agenda of the meeting with Putin is the full spectrum of bilateral relations, Armenian PM told reporters.

In Moscow, Republic of Armenia (RA) Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will also meet with Armenian businessmen, PM’s spokesperson Arman Yeghoyan wrote on Facebook.

OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger will pay a working visit to Yerevan on September 4, Armenian Foreign Ministry tweeted.

Meetings with Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and National Assembly Speaker Ara Babloyan are on the agenda.

The Special Investigation Service (SIS) of Armenia has filed a criminal case involving preceding Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan.

As per the respective statement which SIS has issued, the criminal case was launched on charges of large-scale fraud and misuse of official power.

The criminal case was filed based on an article, entitled “Vladimir Gasparyan has become the owner of a 3-million-[US]dollar-worth mansion for [just] 200 thousand dollars,” and which Hetq news website had publicized.

A soldier died as a result of road accident in Karabakh on Monday afternoon
