YEREVAN. – A case over wiretapped phone conversation between the head of Armenia’s National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan and head of Special Investigation Service Sasun Khachatryan.
“The matter is being studied by Investigative Committee, not our service. We are witnesses in one case, and a defendant in the second. Thus, I cannot have more information than a defendant or a witness does,” he said.
A wiretapped phone conversation went viral a month ago, and an investigation was launched.
