PreferredToday marked the launch of the Free Burg 2019 world billiard championship with the support of MegaCom on the side of Isik Kul Lake in Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan. The event is dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union and to the 25th anniversary of the conception of the idea of Eurasian integration.
Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Tigran Sargsyan struck the cue ball during the opening of the world billiard championship.
The championship will end on August 14 and will gather players from over 20 countries.
This year’s prize fund comprises 2,000,000 Russian rubles.
