YEREVAN. – Relationship between Armenian and Jordan have already produced specific results, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said welcoming His Majesty King of Jordan Abdullah II in the government building in Yerevan on Tuesday.

He said the relations with Jordan and the Middle East in general are very important for Armenia, as “we see them as a direction of strategic partnership”. 

Armenian PM added that he was happy to see an economic delegation coming with His Majesty, and recalled that they are going to sign a document to make economic ties more effective.

“I’d like to stress that our people have very positive historical memory about your country because your country and your people supported the survivors of the Armenian Genocide. This is a really strong background for our relations,” he added.
