During the official presentation of education certificates to Turkey’s young diplomats, the country’s Foreign Affairs Minister Ahmet Davutoglu introduced the philosophy of Turkey’s foreign policy, Anadolu News Agency of Turkey reports.

“There are no enemy countries in the philosophy of Turkey’s foreign policy. For Turkey, the countries are divided into two parts: friends, and potential friends,” Davutoglu noted.
