STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Friday signed a decree on the results for considering the applications for pardoning.

With the Presidential decree, eleven convicts were granted a full pardon and twenty-nine received partial pardon.

But the pardoning applications by eighty-seven inmates were rejected due to their previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from the places of imprisonment, and the nature and gravity of their committed crimes, office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
