The Toronto Chapter of “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund on June 24 held its annual gala banquet and fundraising, and Armenia’s Ambassador to Canada, Armen Yeganyan, also attended the event.      

In his opening remarks, the Ambassador reflected on the past twenty-year activity of the Fund and specifically pointed to its Toronto Chapter’s effective work.  

Those present were informed about the activities conducted in the past eighteen months. It is noteworthy that “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund’s Toronto Chapter carried out in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh six projects worth close to US$ 1 million within those months.     

Ambassador Yeganyan extended his thanks to the Fund and Canadian Armenians, and asked them to continue with their patriotic work.
