Armenia’s Emergency Situations Ministry received information, on Monday at around 6 p.m. that the special water-rescue squad lifeguards had noticed a person drowning at the lake.

The lifeguards rescued Stepan Arakelyan, 58, resident of Hrazdan city from drowning and administered him appropriate assistance, the Ministry informs Armenian News – NEWS.am.
