YEREVAN. – Opposition Heritage Party Chairman and former FM Raffi Hovannisian on Monday met with German Ambassador Reiner Morell, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia.

Hovannisian commended Morell and his wife Kristin for their exemplary diplomatic service and on their long-standing commitment to German-Armenian partnership, to the rule of law and human decency, and to the rightful future of the region, reported the Heritage’s press service.

They discussed a broad spectrum of challenges to Armenian democracy and domestic policy, current socioeconomic and political priorities, and the world beyond the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
