YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan has yet again violated the ceasefire on its border with Armenia, on late Friday night and early Saturday morning, and it made use of rifle and sniper weaponry and mortars while breaching this truce.

Irregular shots were fired at the border military positions and border settlements in the Tavush Province, informed the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

But the frequency of these ceasefire violations has reduced, as compared to previous days.

Vanguard units of the Armenian Armed Forces have primarily adhered to the truce, and they took retaliatory actions solely when absolutely necessary.
