STEPANAKERT: President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) sent a letter of condolence to the President of France Francois Hollande today.
The letter reads:
"Honorable President Hollande,
Artsakh has learned with deep sorrow and indignation about terrorist attacks in Paris.
These inhumane acts are directed not only towards Your country, but also towards the whole civilized world. Artsakh strongly condemns any manifestation of terrorism and in this time of ordeal stands beside fraternal France.
On behalf of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic people, authorities and on myself personally I convey our deepest condolences and support to the families of the innocent victims, their friends and relatives, all the people of France, as well as our wishes of a speedy recovery to the injured," Karabakh President press-service reports.
