YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a report on Monday at 6:46am.

Accordingly, a traffic accident had occurred on the Artashat-Mrgavan motorway in Ararat Province, a person was affected, and rescuers were needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that a vehicle—with Vahe A., 33, behind the steering wheel—had gone off road for yet unknown reasons on the Artashat-Dalar motorway, and crashed into a thick tree.

As a result, Vahe A. had died on the spot.

Shamshyan.com informed that Vahe A. was working in the Artashat town investigation department as a senior investigator for particularly important cases.
