The head of Pentagon Ashton Carter arrived to Ankara, reports the Anadolu.  Carter has met with the Turkish Defense Minister Fikri Işık. The parties discussed a range of regional security issues. The meeting was held behind closed-doors. Carter also plans to meet with the Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Binali Yildirim.
