The Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire became one of the main topics of the literature festival, which was held in Sulaymaniyah city of Iraqi Kurdistan.
The four-day festival is traditionally dedicated to the literature of a country, which has links with Kurdistan. This year Armenia has been named that country, rudaw.net reports.
The festival has been held for over 20 years.
