U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said that he would appoint Jared Kushner, his son-in-law, to broker a Middle East peace deal, Reuters reported quoting The Times.

Earlier it was reported that Ivanka Trump, the daughter of the U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, would not be taking a White House position for now as she focused on settling her children into their new home and schools in Washington, D.C. At the same time, Donald Trump would name son-in-law Jared Kushner a senior advisor to the president. Kushner, who is married to Ivanka, has been in Trump's inner circle during and after the presidential campaign.

As it was reported Jared Kushner, would become a senior White House adviser working on trade and the Middle East and intended to resign as head of the Kushner Companies.
