IMF slightly raised its forecast for US economic growth in 2017 and 2018, in response to Trump's statements on the intention to increase spending on infrastructure and armed forces.

According to the IMF forecasts, the US economy will grow by 2.3 percent this year, whereas a little more next year. The world economy will grow by 3.4 percent this year, whereas by 3.6% next year.
