YEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has sent a letter of condolence to his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani in connection with the fire and collapse of the trade center in Tehran. Many firemen and rescuers fulfilling their professional duties died as a result of the accident.
“I am sure that the decisive actions of competent authorities of friendly Iran will help overcome the consequences of the catastrophe. I express my deep condolences and support to the families and relatives of the victims, wishing them strength and patience, as well as speedy recovery to the injured,” the letter reads.
