YEREVAN. – The Turks and the Azerbaijanis do not create our internal shortcomings.

The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Monday stated the aforesaid in his remarks at the operational meeting of the Armed Forces Chief of Staff.

“The mindset that we are doomed to failure, unless the Karabakh issue is resolved and the blockade imposed [on Armenia] by Turkey is lifted, is unacceptable,” Sargsyan said, in particular.
