STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army dismissed Azerbaijani media reports about alleged “fire on peaceful shepherds” in the direction of Akna region last night.
“The Nagorno-Karabakh army has never targeted civilian facilities or civilians. Moreover, the vanguard units of the Defense Army never act as an aggressor and open fire towards the Azerbaijani positions only in case of extreme necessity,” the statement reads.
