The status quo on Karabakh is unsustainable, and the conflict needs an early political settlement in accordance with international law, President of the European Council Donald Tusk said after his talks with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.
Tusk said they had discussed peaceful settlement with the Armenian leader.
“The conflict does not have a military solution. The EU continues to fully support the mediation efforts and proposals of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs,” Tusk added.
