А ban on laptops and tablets in cabin baggage on flights from Turkey and some countries in the Middle East and North Africa to the U.S. and UK has come into effect on Saturday.
The U.S. restrictions will affect flights from eight countries in the Middle East and North Africa, measures of Britain will concern six countries, BBC.
The authorities stated that devices “larger than a smartphone” must travel in the hold because of a risk that they could contain explosives.
