STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan on 24 April visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid flowers to the monument of innocent victims of the 1915 Armenian Genocide, president's press office said.
He was accompanied by top officials of the republic.
