Russia and Turkey have signed a joint agreement on trade liberalization  on the sidelines of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation BSEC summit , RIA Novosti reported.

The document was signed by deputy prime ministers of the two countries - Arkady Dvorkovich and Mehmet Simsek.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and his Turkish counterpart Binali Yildirim attended the signing ceremony.
