YEREVAN. - Speaker of the National Assembly (NA)  of Armenia Ara Babloyan on Monday chaired the session of the NA Council.

The session addressed the draft bill “On approving the timeline for the preliminary discussions of the annual report “On performance of State Budget of the Republic of Armenia at the standing committees of the NA,” which was introduced by Chairman of the NA Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Committee, Gagik Minasyan.

The draft lays down the date, agenda and the participant list of the budgetary discussions to be held at the NA standing committees.

As a result of the discussions, the draft decision was approved by the NA Council members.

The issue on approving the staff of the NA delegations in the interparliamentary committees was discussed and approved as well.
