YEREVAN. - Within the framework of public discussions on“I am”and “I have the honor” programs, Defense Minister of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan on Thursday met with presidents and heads of student councils of higher education institutions of the republic. The meeting was also attended by Minister of Education and Science of Armenia Levon Mkrtchyan.

Sargsyan briefed the meeting participants on the opportunities provided by the programs, as well as their conditions and advantages due to which the conscripts can continue their education and engage in military service as officers.  

He also responded to the questions of the participants on the projects, stressing that the opinions and proposals will be considered when forming the entire package of the programs.
