A 17-year-old girl died in Surenavan village of Ararat Province of Armenia, after being bitten by a snake. 

Hakob Zeynalyan, the mayor of nearby Armash village, on Tuesday told Armenian News-NEWS.am that, several days ago, a snake fell from the tree on the forehead of the said teenage girl while she was collecting apricots in Surenavan, it bit her, and the girl died on the spot.

“They couldn’t save her because it had bitten her head,” Zeynalyan added.
