YEREVAN. – There is no need to rely on any external force, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Кocharyan told reporters in the parliament on Thursday.
According to him, Armenia, first of all, should rely on itself to ensure security. Excessive hopes for someone’s help can lead too far in the wrong direction.
“At the same time, Russia is our ally, and we attach great importance to relations with this country. There is no need to bank on any power,” Kocharyan added.
