YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, arrived in the government building several minutes ago.

The presidential security officers, however, did not permit people to assemble outside the government building, and asked them to come outside the building later on, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reported from the scene.  

Even though the people who picket outside the government building usually assemble near its entrance door, this time they had to stand 20 to 30 meters away from the building.
