CNN has released a video of US President Donald Trump’s meeting with Russia-based Azerbaijani businessmen father and son, Aras and Emin Agalarov. 

To note, Emin Agalarov, 37, is the former son-in-law of Azerbaijan president Ilham Aliyev, and the ex-husband of Leyla Aliyeva, the elder daughter of Aliyev. The couple had divorced in 2015.

The aforesaid meeting took place on June 15, 2013, in Las Vegas. 

In the video, Trump calls the father and son Agalarov the most powerful and wealthy people in Russia.

As reported earlier, the Azerbaijani president’s former son-in-law is involved in a scandal over ties between the Trump election campaign and Russia.
