The statement of the French president’s administration says that Emmanuel Macron will phone Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

It is also noted that the phone conversation in the Normandy format is scheduled for 11:00 am, Gazeta reports.
