A Florida man Zaven Kazandjian, Armenian by origin, lost his trial in the case against a South Florida doctor.

Jurors found Dr. David Vastola not liable for Zevan Kaznadjian’s colon cancer, blog.cvn.com reported.

The owner of hair salon claimed Vastola was negligent in missing the cancer during the first colonoscopy performed back in 2011. About 18 months later, Vastola performed another colonoscopy on Kazandjian and diagnosed him with colon cancer.
