North Korea has finished preparation of strike on the Guam island and will attack unless the US acts sensibly, RIA Novosti reported quoting Charge d’affaires at North Korean embassy in Russia, Jin Jong Hyop. 

He also noted that Pyongyang is motoring military exercises of the US and South Korea and is ready to launch a preemptive strike in case of a provocation.
