The mansion, which realtors have already dubbed the most expensive on the continent, is put up for auction in Australia. This is the house of Phoenix Acres.

According to News.com.au, there is an English pub, a tennis court, a swimming pool and a winter garden in the territory of the mansion which was estimated at $80 million.

The mansion which covers an area of 3.7 thousand square meters is located on the Sydney waterfront. From the windows of the house you can see the Harbor Bridge. The current owner of the mansion is the Chinese businessman Chao Kiat Ou. He bought this house for $7 million in 1995.  Now he does not have time to have rest in Australia, so he decided to sell the property, Lenta reports.
