Vladimir Putin arrived on working visit to Turkey.

The Russian head of state and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will discuss current issues of bilateral cooperation, primarily the progress of implementing major joint energy projects.

They will also exchange views on key international issues, including the situation in the Middle East and the Syrian settlement process.

Earlier on the same day, Vladimir Putin visited the Khmeimim Air Base in Syria, and Egypt.
