A ceiling has collapsed at a nightclub in Madrid, the capital city of Spain, injuring at least 26 people, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia. 

“Ambulance workers assisted 26 people, 11 of whom with various types of injuries were taken to hospitals,” notes the Twitter account of the ambulance service.

An investigation has been launched into the incident.
